No matter how many times you hear this it still hurts. Of course you care. However, she knows that you love her; when she says 'You don't care' what she actually means is that she feels like you haven't shown you care about her in a while.

the hubs told me to get dehumidifier for the cupboards and so did i.

went to cold storage after work today happy to able to do some shopping! but went i reached the supermarket i was confused.

Shabu Sai @ Causeway Point

the hubs was feeling rich on saturday night and decided to treat us to a shabu shabu dinner.. =)

its $24++ and have 3 choices of meat (pork, beef & chicken) and many types of vegetables - mushrooms, leafy vegetables, etc.. there are also quite a few choice of soup base and we get to choose two! we tried the curry and chicken.

they also have this house speciality pork/beef in bamboo but they served it in limited quantity each time and you have to be fast to get it.. too bad the hubs and i are too slow and were only able to see other people load heaps of it onto their plates... =P

what i really like is the pork and beef and sesame sauce. =)

the cut of the beef is generous and its really fresh! 

and the sesame sauce is really thick! SHIOK!

we topped up 1.99 and have free flow of drinks and ice-cream!

i feel that though there is not much choices of type of meat, no fancy wagyu beef or pork collar but the food is really fresh which is what really counts! so for $24++ i feel that it is still quite reasonable. just hopes that the food will stay this standard for long! =)

mr: i won a pair gold class tickets at last night d&d.

yups! thats what i am going to be today despite screwed up body clock waking me up at 5am.. O.o

went to the doctor the day before regarding my tastebuds messing with me. he checked my tongue and it looks fine. he says not tasting spicy should not be taken lightly as taste buds are link to the nervous system - above or below the head. he then checked my neck asking me to rotate it and it seems fine to him too.. he inquired further. like if i was depressed lately, had some major operations before, on some medication recently... no no no. so that leaves him with the "upper" - the brain i think? so he is going to make an appointment for me with a neurologist =(

i think the doctor was very nice lor.. one of the nicest i have met.. he gave facts which i need to know and at the same time telling me that i should not be too worried about things that are yet known. but i think he said that also because my bp was quite high.. lol..

before leaving, he asked me to relax and enjoy my holiday and who knows, maybe i will be fine before meeting the appointment? hope so. =)

the longan of my eye

it's scary how well the princess knows me..

was at the chinese dinner and princess had help himself with a big spoonful of fruit salad.. and the next thing I knew, my plate had a longan!
#1 touched - longan is the only fruit I would eat in the fruit salad
#2 touched - there is only one longan in that spoonful and he give that to me!

catching me glancing at a girl walking pass, he said, dont worry, her butt is bigger than yours..

aww that's one of the sweetest thing he has ever said to me...

dear hubby,

as i sit here and listen to your colleagues how terrible your day is at the office, i realised that they (the days) are even more terrible than you describe it to be.

thank you for not bringing those mood back home.

sorry that after a bad day at work i sometimes not knowing what had happened still 对你发脾气. and even at those times you never had once lose your temper at me. thats so sweet. =)

i will try to be more understanding and patient. at the mean time, please bear with me till i become better.

no, I think it's all in the genes.. :))

this beer means more than just a drink.

it means that i have to do the laundry a day earlier and iron the clothes on a weekday night so that i can go out and play.
